Standard Operating Procedures (Renters)

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR RENTERS OF REAL ESTATE
PERSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY LAW §442-H

Berakah Realty Group Inc, a property management company

The following is required for prospective renters to be qualified for a unit:

  1. Completed application
  2. Proof of financial affordability
  3. Current and valid identification
  4. Current and valid identification
  5. Background/credit check
  6. Application Fee of $20
  7. Deposit the equivalent of 1 month rent or submit rental agency security deposit agreement
  8. Sign a lease (if awarded the unit)
  9. Show Identification prior to viewing properties
  10. Fill out an application unless applying for the unit

BRG Inc. “Does not require” prospective renters to:

  1. Show Identification prior to viewing properties
  2. Fill out an application unless applying for the unit

Property Owners/Clients

BRG, Inc requires all property owners requiring management services to provide the following:

  1. Proof of ownership
  2. Proof of Homeowners Insurance
  3. Valid identification
  4. Tax ID/Social Security Number
  5. Deposit and maintain an escrow of $500 for emergency repairs
